Deepen Your Yoga, Tuesdays 9:30 – 10:30 am
Spring Session 2 = May 30 – June 27 (no class May 16 & 23, so only 5 weeks)
For students with some Yoga experience, an opportunity to build on your current practice by exploring longer holds and new & more challenging variations of traditional postures and flows. Be prepared for some Yoga philosophy and chanting. Expect each class to have a particular anatomical focus.
Bring a yoga mat and a blanket for extra cosiness in Shavasana.
