Spring Session 2 = May 15 – June 26 (no class May 22)
The one-hour Cardio-Muscle Combo class includes all components of fitness: cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance, plus exercises for the core, and stretching. The classes are taught to fun and invigorating music and various equipment are used, such as hand-weights, resistance bands, mats, chairs, broomsticks, etc. Equipment are provided.
This class is taught by Outi Leis.
